These terms govern the use of CreateYourInvite and the purchase of digital invitations.

1. The service
CreateYourInvite lets you design, pay for, and publish a digital invitation page. Each purchase covers one invitation and the selected extras. The link remains available until 24 hours after the event date you provide.
2. Your content
You must have permission to publish the photos, names, locations, and other information you upload. Illegal, misleading, discriminatory content and content that infringes the rights of others are not permitted.
3. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed through Stripe or PayPal when checkout is enabled. The total price in US dollars is displayed before payment. Because invitations are personalized and published immediately, refund requests related to a service failure are reviewed individually.
4. Availability
We aim to keep the service available, but maintenance or external events may cause interruptions. We do not guarantee compatibility with outdated browsers or third-party links and services.
